Quality Assurance Asst./CSR

The Call Center has an opportunity for a Call Center Rep/Quality Assurance Assistant. This position will be 50% QA and 50% CSR. The position is responsible for making sure CSR’s provide excellent customer service by entering correct information when inputting claims. This position will assist the Quality Assurance department by pulling claims and faxes. The position will also take calls when the Call Center is experiencing a high call volume. Interested individuals must meet the following criteria in order to apply: • Must have a score of 90% on their monthly Q&A for past six months. • Must have at least 12 months of employment with Safeway as a CSR. • Must not have received any performance plans, disciplinary action notices or written warnings in the previous six months. • Must have an overall acceptable rating on most recent performance appraisal. The position will also provide feedback to the Call Center Manager and Supervisor to confirm that the Customer Service Reps understand new policies and procedures. This position is of a very confidential nature and should information regarding any employee’s Q&A results be disclosed, disciplinary action up to and including termination may occur.
