2. How to Enter:
Beginning February 5, 2010 at 12:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ending on April 30,
2010 at 11:59 pm ET (the "Promotion Period"), Consumers who request a free Safeway
Insurance quote will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Requests
for a quote can be made by calling 1-888-321-3882 or online at
www.tusafeway.com. Consumers who are contacted by a Safeway representative
and request a quote will also receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
To enter without requesting a quote, print your full
name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number,
evening telephone number, email address (optional) and birth date on a 3" x 5" piece
of paper and mail (in no larger than a #10 business envelope) to: Safeway South
African Futbol Roadtrip Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 11553, South Bend, IN 46634-0553
(a "Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2010 and received
by May 10, 2010.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of
entry. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not
responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible mail/entries,
all of which are void.
3. Random Drawings: Six (6) random drawings will be conducted
per the drawing table listed below to select winners from all eligible entries received
for each drawing. Non-winning entries will be carried over into subsequent drawings.
Drawings will be conducted under the direction of The Ignition Network, an independent
judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this
Sweepstakes.

4. Odds:
Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received
for each drawing.
5. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize:Trip for 2 to South Africa for 7 nights/8 days to attend
a major soccer tournament in June 2010, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $25,000.
Winner may elect a cash prize of $10,000 in lieu of the Grand Prize Trip.
Trip prize includes round trip coach class air travel
for two (2) from a major airport near winner's residence to South Africa, double
occupancy hotel accommodations for 7 nights, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel
in destination location and to/from tournament venue and two (2) tickets to a major
soccer event. Winner will also receive $2,000 spending money. Trip must be taken
by on dates and times as determined by Sponsor and winner and guest must travel
on the same itinerary. Terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will
govern if the event does not take place as scheduled for any reason. Actual prize
value may vary depending on departure and destination cities, and no compensation
will be provided for any difference in prize value. Guest of prize winner must be
of legal age of majority and will be required to execute a Liability Release prior
to the issuance of travel documents. Travel will be booked through a Sponsor-approved
agent. Any taxes, gratuities, meals and all other expenses not specified herein
are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest are solely responsible
for obtaining any and all documents necessary to travel to South Africa, including
passports and Visas.
Two (2) First Prizes:Trip for 2 to Houston, TX to attend an MNT game on May
13, 2010. ARV: $1,800.00 each.
Prize includes round trip coach class air travel for

hotel accommodations for 2 nights and two (2) tickets to a major soccer event. Winner
will also receive $200spending money that can be used to cover expenses. Trip must

travel on the same itinerary. Terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes
will govern if the event does not take place as scheduled for any reason. Actual
prize value may vary depending on departure and destination cities, and no compensation
will be provided for any difference in prize value. Guest of prize winner must be

Forty (40) Second Prizes: A pair of tickets to see MNT play in Chicago on May
10, 2010. Prize only includes tickets to enter the event. Terms and conditions of
the tickets awarded as prizes will govern if the event does not take place as scheduled
for any reason. ARV $80.00.
General Prize Terms: Prizes are non-transferable. No
cash redemption or prize substitution will be permitted, except by Sponsor or as
specifically permitted in these official rules. Federal, state, and local taxes,
if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. In the event that any prize becomes
unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to
substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.
6. Winner Notification/Prize Claims: Potential winners
will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or mail, and potential Grand and First prize
winners will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability
Release and a Publicity Release (except where prohibited), and a W9, all of, which
must be returned within five (5) days of attempted prize notification or the prize
will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of noncompliance
with these Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned
as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate
winner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at its discretion.
7. Additional Terms: By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of
his/her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information by Sponsor for advertising
and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited
by law. By acceptance of prize, winner acknowledge compliance with these Official
Rules and agrees to release and hold Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and
each company's respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors,
representatives, and agents ("Releasees") harmless from and against any claim or
cause of action arising out of participation in the game or the receipt, redemption
or use of a prize, including any injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection
with the use, acceptance, possession or awarding of any prize and any travel in
connection with prize. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound
by the Official Rules and by the decisions of the judging organization, which are
final and binding on all matters.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Releasees are not responsible for printing, typographical,
human or other errors of any kind in any sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen,
lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries. If, for any reason,
this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right
at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to modify, or suspend
the Sweepstakes and award prize from among all eligible entries validly received
prior to the action requiring such modification. By entering, all entrants agree
that this Sweepstakes is governed by laws of the state of Illinois and agree to
jurisdiction and venue in Cook County, Illinois for the resolution of all claims
and disputes (excluding any claims against or disputes involving parties other than
Sponsor relating to any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes).
9. Official Rules Requests:

10. Winners List: For the names of the prize winners, mail a self-addressed,
stamped envelope to: Safeway's South African Futbol Road Trip Winners List, P.O.
Box 11558, South Bend, IN 46634-0558. Requests must be received by June 7, 2010.
Winners list will be sent when drawing has been conducted and the winners have been
verified.
